Forcefed Horsehead (Oslo, Norway) is the sound of the apocalypse. Under the description, «Norwegian grindpunk», they find themselves on the crossroad between death metal, punk, hardcore, black metal, post rock, prog, madness, and general hysteria. No compromise, no rules!

Forcefed Horsehead has literally been grinding around the filthy basements of the Oslo underground for more than a decade. Picking up bits and pieces from more or less every sub-genre of the extreme, the band is utilizing their experience to perfection. Their creative stew of punishing, frightening and spellbinding riff-mania crafts a unique blend of unforgiving metal, previously unheard on our home turf.

FFHH just unveiled a masterpiece of an album, “Monoceros“. It is monumental and monstrous in every way. From the intense start of “Every Death You Take”, the album shows a confident band sliding from tar-dripping heaviness to furious d-beats with the greatest of ease. The complexity and intensity are being delivered in an almost laid-back manner. Pure madness in its absolute best form.

“Monoceros” is a 12-track sonic uppercut that goes right for the jugulars. Thematically it explores the notion of human decay as an entity and how much self-destructiveness and collective annihilation comes from apathy, greed, and self-proclaimed prophecies.

Forcefed Horsehead has previously shared the stage with such great acts as Cannibal Corpse, Sulphur, Rotten Sound, Gloson, God Mother, Gatecreeper, Suffocation, Grand Cadaver and the grind crusters in Cloud Rat.
